Honestly I couldn’t be happier that ALL my friends pointed me here. not only is Josh more than you could ask for in customer service but personality too (talk about aura) , the space has an amazing aesthetic and vibe, and the location is premier. Right down from the Waukesha Library which is beautiful. And the space is only a stones throw from People's Park, mia's pizza, and La Estacion.

I went to get molds taken of my ears for custom ear plugs, and discovered I had an earwax blockage in one ear. I looked at getting it removed at urgent care, and it was going to be like $400. So I found Josh. $99 got the problem taken care of quick, painlessly, and he was so nice to work with. And seeing the huge hunk of wax that came out of my ear was super satisfying lol. Thanks Josh! Highly recommend.
