My son found this on line. Called them and told them his cat was very sick and had to be put down. It was hard for him to tell them what was going on with his precious Bristol. They were very patient,calming,helpful. Gave my son and grandson extra time with Bristol. It was much appreciated. We all were distraught and they comforted us. My sister told them she was switching vets and going to them from now on! Excellent Company
Everyone was very nice and professional. I had been to this clinic many years ago and when I got my new kitten, I knew this was where I wanted to take him. Just like all those years ago, the Doctor took her time with my boy and genuinely cared about his well being. That's what we all want, right? Thank you Dr. McDonald!
The team at Cream City Kitty is amazing. I was able to make an appointment for a very sick feral cat and I felt like they took great care of her and me during our visit. I've never taken a feral to a vet before and first the person I talked to on the phone and then everyone I dealt with in person were so helpful in answering all my questions and making the whole thing go as smoothly as possible. Not everyone understands why someone would invest time and resources caring for a feral and I really felt like they didn't think I was weird or silly for what I was doing. They treated her as if she were any other beloved owned cat and that meant the world to me.
