Great Customer Service and Quality of work!! We had our hardwood floors redone in our main living space and then rebuffed in a bedroom and they both look so good. We had quite a bit of questions during the process and Carrie was so helpful and understanding! They were willing to put together multiple quotes for us and find the best option that also saved us money. The Bona Mop after getting our floors done was a nice touch too!
Highly recommend this company to everyone. From the Quote and through finishing the entire team was fantastic. Laura always keep in touch with timing. The workers were great guy's to work with. Very little dust. Floors look better then they did when new. Make it 10 Stars
The Wicks team refinished our old hardwood floor in the kitchen, dining area, and foyer - and installed new hardwood floor in our master bedroom. We're very pleased with the outcome, and it was a pleasure to work with Mike Wichert and the rest of the Wicks team. Professional workmanship and wonderful people.
