FCI did an amazing job!! I love my new floors! Matt and his team got the job done in a few days and we couldn’t be happier. The best part was being able to pick out the flooring in the comfort of my own home! I got to see what the new carpet and LVP would look like right away! I highly recommend FCI!! I will be a returning customer.

From the time Floor covering came out to the house with samples until the day the project was finished everything was first class service. I would definitely recommend them & use them again for another project.

We cannot say enough good things about this company! Our sales guy, Dann was more than accommodating and flexible to come to our house on a weeknight to show us samples and walk us through the process. We were told the project could take two days and the team ended up doing it in one day! They showed up at 8:00am on the DOT and were out of the house by 2:30pm. Our floors look professional and gorgeous. I love their warranty as well, the team made it clear that they will fix any planks if necessary, even if it’s years down the road! And to top it off? They sent us beautiful flowers and a mug as a thank you. I would highly recommend this company.
