Our new construction landscape efforts started with the designer, Tracy. She was incredible. We had a few ideas around what we wanted and Tracy put together a terrific plan, including hardscape and included a 3D walk through. She kept us apprised of the timeline and did a lot of follow up.The landscapers were very courteous and kept the work areas clean. I thought they did a good job preparing the area for sod and plants. We had a lot of gravel and rocks that they took care of before doing the plantings. They also worked seamlessly with DJ's Sprinkler to install irrigation. The scope of work was substantial — natural stone outcropping walls and accent boulders, dimensional stone steps, a beautifully paved patio, pergola with masonry pergola columns, buried downspouts, full lawn installation, and an extensive planting plan with trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and perennials. We have been clients of MJS and we especially liked the service and quality of work for a major redo of all the old landscaping at our current home. Heather did an amazing job of listening to what we liked and didn’t like and then created a beautiful new version of our yard. Doug and Luis worked very hard to make the plan come to life. Every night they cleaned the driveway off and kept a very organized and neat job site. I always recommend my clients to MJS. If you want excellent customer care and a well thought out design then they will make it happen. So pleased!!
