I am 71. Last year I started having pain in my right knee and ankle. It got worse and there were times I could not drive because of the pain in my ankle. I saw my Doctor and she said it is probably bursitis or arthritis and to use Voltaren. It did nothing. My wife sees Emily a massage therapist at Body Renovation and she suggested I see Peter Arndt who is a Physical Therapist Doctor. Peter analyzed my problem and said I had a knee issue. He gave me a few exercises to do and after two days 70% of the pain was gone. He added a few more stretches and strength exercises which have furthered my recovery. Peter Arndt is excellent. His knowledge of the body and his intuitive conclusions of what it needs to function properly is amazing. He’ll send you home with the links to the exact tools you’ll need to strengthen it and videos of the exercises he teaches you. His goal is to teach you to heal yourself instead of coming back to him every week for the rest of your life :)

I could not believe the relief I had after seeing Peter! I injured my back and could hardly move and I was going to suffer and wait to heal. Then I scheduled with Peter and was able to use several techniques along with great post session work to do and I could not believe how great I felt. I was working out the next day! So grateful I found Body Renovation! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
