“This place is a gem. We did this for a night out with my mom’s group and it was so much fun. It’s a different way to stretch and move your body while also having fun. Anybody can participate regardless of body type or fitness status. I plan to come back with my girls. Mildred was an awesome beginner instructor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for team building or just something to be active.“
