Just got a pedicure here. The massage and included amenities were really nice, however bummed about the actual nail experience. My technician never asked what I wanted, he just took the polish from me. Wouldn't go there again.

I’ve been coming here for a year now. I absolutely love the service. Felix (I hope I didn’t spell his name wrong) does a great job. Every time I come in to get my nails done I know I’m walking out with something I love. ❤️Service: Dip powder

I had to change a Thursday appt to Sat; the problem I encountered is my regular technician would be unavailable. So since I didn't know who I was going to get I chose 2 ideas, 1 I knew my technician could do and I really wanted and a more simple one anyone should be able to recreate. I get to the salon, choose the colors for my preferred design then ask who is doing my nails, just so I know if I need to choose different colors for my second choice if needed. The receptionist, confused by my question, happily informs me that due to a cancellation my regular technician was able to actually do my nails.
