I thought the mess was originally hopeless. She was able to find me a significant refund from the previous year to help with covering the mess I was dealing with. She also took the time to explain some things to me. I appreciated the way she was direct and to the point in the explanation without making me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding something I quite frankly have no experience with. No one has ever taken the time or gone out of their way to do that for me. I am so incredibly thankful. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I thought at first it was going to be crazy expensive however for the amount of work she put in and how quickly she got everything done and responding to all of my questions, I was surprised at how reasonable her prices were compared to what I had paid in the past.
