I had a great experience with Dr. Jordan Ingersoll and he explains what he will do and showed me what his plans are and how much it will cost and what my insurance will cover. I have high anxiety and home and the staff seemed to be able to calm my nerves. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the great care I received at complete family dentistry

Dr. Joel restored my confidence in dentists. I have a severe amount of anxiety around dental work and have been putting it off. So when so I came into see Dr. Joel I had a good amount of work that needed to be done. He is very thorough and makes sure the patient knows exactly what is going on and is always comfortable. He took pictures and showed me what he was seeing and where the problems were and the next step to getting it taken care of. He is knowledgeable about what you can expect to feel and lets you know exactly what to expect. I'm your typical "afraid of the dentist" person but used reviews to decide if I should try this place. Started going right before COVID due to a root canal, and a couple years later returned to get the rest of the work done. Dr. Joel Jahimiak is awesome, walks you through what he's doing and why. Helpful in answering any and all questions as well. I've had my teeth evaluated as well as cleaned by various staff and every one of them is super personable and helpful. The receptionists are also very helpful and flexible in dealing with insurance. Glad this place is my dentist, thank you!
