This is locally owned business and owner picks up the phone!! You need owners to pickup the phone.. Great guy.. Responses to messages, text, calls .. I tried to reach several companies today .. I could not get hold of anyone for entire morning but Bill Knopf. He came and helped me... he is good and dependable. He deserves 5 stars 100%

The owner of the company, Bill, initially came out to address an "emergency" to stop a rodent infestation and he put us on a very reasonable program to keep the rodents away. The program was less than I thought it would be and the results were what he claimed they would be - no more rodents!Bill has also been spraying our yard for the past two years to stop mosquitos and that has worked as promised as well. He even made a special trip to our place the day before we had out of town guests just to make sure we were able to use the yard. All in all Bill is very focused on the client and their needs!Services: Bug & insect extermination
