She announced and or explained everything she was doing, which I greatly appreciated! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy any of the products used but she did recommend so products to help with my skin care concerns. Overall amazing experience plan to be back again soon! I definitely recommend checking her out whether that's for specific concerns or just to feel rejuvenated!

I had my hair highlighted and dyed. They always seem to do a good job. I'm never really unhappy with my visit there! However, since covid has happened, it really changed a lot of things. The price wasn't too bad.

Works Plumbing completed a new plumbing system for me two years ago, recommended by one of my contractors. in 2020 they redid my 2nd floor bathroom. It had things for the original build from the 60s. They did a great job on the bathroom. We ran into something weird with the design of my house and some shelves in shower area but they worked with us on an alternative which worked out.
Overall they did a good , no real gotcha on this job. Communication was great and I would use them again.

This morning, Jerry was the Aptive service representative that provided my treatment. Jerry is a super friendly and personable young man that places customer satisfaction as a priority. He has done treatment for me in the past and continues to consistently ensure all my service needs are met. He even remembers where my where my problem areas and bait stations are located. Jerry gets the job done and is a great representative for Aptive which means a lot to me!
We had Integrity come to resolve a drainage issue with a very, very soggy backyard area in our new home. We suspected an underground spring as it was not near downspout or sump pump drains. The entire experience with Integrity from initial consult to finished project was very positive. The team that did the work were very polite, hard working, protected the yard from machinery damage by laying boards down, and did a thorough clean up before leaving. They installed a french drain system where the concept design was presented to us beforehand. On the day of work they discovered a source of flowing water and added a second outlet pipe below the french drain system to drain the constant water flow spot out to the edge of the yard. We appreciated the work team lead's communication during the project with the engineer to adjust the initial concept design by adding a second outtake pipe to better manage the drainage issue. We would highly recommend Integrity to others.

We worked with Ernesto and he was great! He coordinated the delivery after helping me pick out trees that we'd be perfect in my yard and the guys who installed the trees all did a great job. Ernesto also helped me design an automatic watering plan using timers on our hoses to make sure the trees survived while I was traveling. We will definitely be repeat customers!!

I’ve had a few therapist changes, in part due to my schedule rarely theirs. I am able to easily schedule appointments and usually can extend them when needed. They are usually pretty flexible, however, the therapist schedule fills up rather quickly so it’s best to know how long you want and what add ons you’re looking for prior to booking appointments so they can assist you with the process.

Long story short I wasn’t able to have one of my regular massages with Jacob, but I had shoulder pain so I went to another masseuse. There was no comparison. Jacob is so intuitive. He immediately can spot all the issues I had and needed rectifying Jacob‘s massage room is like a spa experience. Temperature controlled, quiet, soothing music, and even the table is heated. Jacob provides water or a soda upon completion. I don’t want to go anywhere else other than Oak Hill Massage and work with Jacob.

I was at the Holmen location on 9/4 (yesterday) and received a one-hour deep tissue & trigger point treatment from Karl and had not been able to turn my head without turning my body for nearly three months at that point. I also drove three hours from Saint Peter, MN to have this appointment, and it is ABSOLUTELY worth every single cent in the gas, time, and appointment costs. Karl started the appointment with a calm soothing voice and asked me what my main issues were, if I was having pain anywhere, and what I had hoped to accomplish with the appointment. After a short discussion on what would be realistically feasible for the time slot I had, we started the massage. I felt as though he took the time to truly listen to me, my concerns, and also express what was realistic in a compassionate and person first nature that left me not feeling as though I was talked down to or dismissed. During the appointment he sometimes would ask me if I was feeling any pressures or releases in certain areas of my body, asked if it was radiating anywhere, and was very receptive to what my body could and could not handle before I even needed to ask for adjustments in his techniques. Muscles is this man's middle name. He was able to not only release my neck, but a good portion of my shoulders as well. Today I am able to move my head without moving my body, I have been able to crack a couple areas just from normal movements, and the pain is literally gone. I did not wake up crying, and it started my day with a HUGE smile. I have some lingering soreness, especially in one area of my neck/shoulder that gave Karl some issues, but it is absolutely nothing compared to what it was and is rapidly dissipating throughout the day. Water and ice helps! The front staff themselves, Stefanie (who also happens to be the owner and AMAZING) & Maya (who had her first day yesterday and NAILED IT!!!!) were absolutely bubbly and great too. As an AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) trans masc queer person, I could not have felt more welcomed and safer there. Karl is of the upmost professionalism and even asked in a very professional manner if there were areas to avoid for gender dysphoria reasons. A handful of times throughout the year I have to go to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and because that puts me within a hour of the Holmen location, I definitely plan on making more appointments on days I am down that way.

This acupuncture treatment is the best relief I have received for spinal stenosis. Dr. BK is a wonderfully kind man and excellent doctor. Definitely would recommend the clinic and acupuncture services provided here.
