Our heat went out and I needed an affordable furnace repair done quickly before the house completely froze us to death. I spoke with Morgan from their friendly staff, who was incredibly helpful and managed to schedule me for a same-day appointment. That afternoon, Chris and Peter (I hope I got names right!) came out to look at our furnace.
