We recently had Schmidt refinish our hardwood floors, and the results look fantastic! While they weren’t the lowest quote we received, their customer service really stood out. They took the time to fully explain the process, which made us feel confident and comfortable choosing their team.
The only reason for a 4 out of 5 rating is due to some minor issues with scheduling—we had to follow up multiple times with the scheduler after paying our deposit—and a bit of stain that got on our walls during the process.

I had a wonderful experience with Schmidt Custom Floors for our first level flooring project. From the measuring, to the ordering, to the coordination of install and installation. Can't recommend enough. Heather, Yelisa & Liana were wonderful with all my questions leading up to the install and Gustavo C. was next level professional and detail oriented- leading the install. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
