We decided to refinish the hardwood floors in our new home before moving in. Pete was very helpful as we decided what to do. Liana did a fantastic job coordinating on our fixed timeline. And last but not least, Javier and Jake who did the work were wonderful. We spent time with them the first day to pick out stain color - they were friendly and funny experts; their guidance was very much appreciated. The quality of work was excellent. We're so happy with the final outcome and highly recommend their work.

Schmidt just installed new solid oak floors in both our living room and our family room. The communication from them on what to expect and the post installation care was outstanding. The installation crew was extremely professional and they did an amazing job. They finished their work ahead of schedule. This was a complete transformation of those two rooms. I would highly recommend Schmidt Custom Floor. We have asked them to come back to refinish our existing wood floors based on the outstanding work they just completed.

We so appreciated the work that Schmidt Custom Floors did for us. We recently replaced about 800sf of carpet with new hardwood floors. Special shout out to Chris on their team-- his attention to detail was great. He clearly explained what he was doing and asked for our input at points where decisions on aesthetics could be made. The team was courteous and we are so pleased with how the floors turned out. We will keep them in mind for future flooring work.
