Steve and Greg arrived as scheduled. Very polite, professional, and prideful in their work. Did a walk-through with my wife before starting. Worked with us on some wool-based carpet we have in one stairwell to make sure they could clean without damaging. Placed moving rugs and corner protectors before starting their work. Also installed a faux storm door since we do not have one. Would very much recommend.
J & S carpet cleaning did an exceptional job. We had two sets of stairs that had shown quite a bit of wear and several stubborn stains. The team arrived on time, provided advanced notice and explained in detail the process they would follow. The results were very good but we were told about the 10-day free return guarantee in case any of the stains reappeared. A couple of the stubborn areas had reappearing stains although much lighter than before. Most of the prior steps needed no attention. The team returned and focused on the trouble areas. Anthony Brunner and Luis got here on time,were very professional and thorough with explaining details. The carpet looks amazing and brand new damn near. I recommend them to anyone looking to get there carpets cleaned....and to there bosses if you read this, they definitely deserve a raise
