The communication was excellent , questions answered same day by David. He came out a second time to make sure the flooring was what we really wanted; and to review the process, timeline. First payment was completed easily completed on line after signing contract.
Devin who was our contact was very good with communication. He answered all questions with calls and text, usually within minutes! . We had a lot of uneven floors in this very old home. They dedicated an entire day for prepping, and floors are no longer uneven.

The crew did a GREAT job on the flooring for my bourbon room. I really appreciate them being meticulous with taking the time and effort to stain the quarter round trim to add the chef's kiss touch to my flooring. I'm very satisfied.
We had an exceptional experience working with DE Customer Flooring. Dave and Kelly, the owners, were great to work with including analysis of the job, addressing all details, answering our questions, helping us to choose the flooring, and scheduling installation. The installation team, headed up by Devan, was top notch. This team of three professionals demo’d the existing flooring, leveled all surfaces (and there were many uneven spots), and installed both luxury vinyl plank and carpeting.
