“Steve and Greg arrived as scheduled. Very polite, professional, and prideful in their work. Did a walk-through with my wife before starting. Worked with us on some wool-based carpet we have in one stairwell to make sure they could clean without damaging. Placed moving rugs and corner protectors before starting their work. Also installed a faux storm door since we do not have one. Would very much recommend.”
