“I take my both babies to get groomed n they always do an awesome job???? I recently took my son to get his nails trimmed because he has a collapsing trachea n cannot go during busy hours due to him barking constantly not allowing his throat to rest,so I’ve been cutting his hair at home.I wish I could remember her name,but the female groomer offered to groom my son on Sunday,2 hour appts to focus on one pup at a time.This time is put aside for older pups,suffering from anxiety or overly aggressive.I think it’s awesome that they accommodate to every type of temperament.Definitely recommend????“

“Glamour Pooch took great care of my Dads dog. He’s a needy little Pomeranian who barks a lot. But she found the solution. Carry him around in her apron and he was happy as a clam. Stress free, clean and beautiful cut. She has a wonderful chemistry with the animals!“

“Came to get my long haired tabby groomed and had a pleasant experience. There was a bit of a scheduling conflict and I had to come back another day, but I was offered a discount so its no big deal.“

“I am always happy with all my dogs’ grooming. It is a bit more expensive than other groomers, but it is worth it.
On my last visit I noticed new signs. I appreciate the 10 minute pickup/drop-off signs in front of the two parking spaces outside the shop. I even don’t have an issue with the sign inside the shop subtlety asking for tips( I always tip) b/c people may not know that, as with any good service, you tip your groomer. As a recurring customer, the wording on the other sign I did not appreciate was the one that stated that if your pet goes past 8 weeks between grooms an extra charge may be incurred because of difficulty of the groom. That is tacky and a punishment to your returning customers. Maybe offer a discount to encourage customers to come in more often between grooms or put in the pricing menu that the price may go up depending on difficulty and size of the dog and not on the frequency of the grooms.“

Our Sweetpea was happy and relaxed when we picked her up. Our Pepper is a handful, she is hyper and curious, barks at everything. She too looked beautiful and relaxed when we picked her up.
