I have a ball python who I treat as my very own child. I came in rushing, freaking out, and crying because he is wheezing and not eating, the front desk calmed me down and immediately took me to the back to sign me in. I waited about 15-20 mins or so before the doctor came in? He asked what was wrong, checked him, and assured me that he was fine. He’s currently in the back getting a 20min nebulizer treatment. Thank y’all so much !!!

Some of the kindest most understanding vets in El Paso. I have a very anxious pitbull who hates strangers and vets. She needs constant shots for skin allergies. Other vets have attempted to shame me for my dogs fear and anxiety but the vets at Coronado were so kind and understanding and allow me to hold her throughout her visits. They never make us feel guilty for having an admittedly weird dog. We now drive over 40 mins both ways because they are so amazing! Thank you

Dr Freund and all his staff are excellent as well as compassionate. They have walked with us when we have had to put our fur babies down, through surgeries and just routine care. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
