Northeast Veterinary Clinic

Northeast Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted veterinary care provider for many families, including those who travel a distance to receive their services. The clinic is known for its professional and kind staff, who go the extra mile to keep pets calm and comfortable during their visits. The main doctor and their assistant are praised for their professionalism and genuine concern for pets' health.

One notable staff member is Diamond, who is praised for her friendliness and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all pets and their owners. Dr. Crider is also highly regarded for their exceptional care and gentle treatment of fur babies, demonstrating a genuine concern for their wellbeing. The clinic's excellent service extends to walk-ins, although waiting times may be longer. Many clients mention that they often spend 2 1/2 to 3 hours at the clinic, even with appointments, especially when their pets need shots, which can be frustrating.

While the staff and facilities are generally satisfactory, some clients have raised concerns about pricing, particularly for weekend visits, which tend to be more expensive. Additionally, some clients have experienced charges for services they did not request, such as allergy injections for their dogs. Parking can also be an issue for visitors.

Despite these concerns, many clients appreciate the good prices, the quality of care, and the option to visit instead of an emergency vet if possible. Overall, with 14 years of service, the clinic continues to have a strong reputation for high-quality care, clear explanations, and a caring staff.
