Requested service for a master shower that wasn't turning on but was leaking from the shower head. Jim asked enough questions to identify the problem over the phone. We agreed on an appointment time within a couple of days to fix the issue. He arrived on time as agreed and reviewed his assessment with me. He was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. Within the time of contacting Mr. Dunn to his arrival, I had one other plumbing issue arise. He took care of both issues in no time at all. He showed up dressed professionally and was willing to explain everything he completed. The total price for both job requests was reasonable. I will be reaching out to him again...read full review
