Omg I just got my dog and this was our first time and my first time having to shower my dog I can't remember the girls name but she was nice and patient with me as I asked her questions to make sure I was doing it right. Theu had everything you need but you are more then welcome to take your own stuff. I didn't have anything so I needed everything. They even have towels and a dryer to use. Super satisfying once I was done. They even gave my dog a pupp-cup before we left. I will definitely be back for more shower. I want him to get use to water.

If you are still questioning whether to take your pet. Just do it. The self wash is a lifesaver for pets who need grooming but don't do well with groomers. The groomers are great as well. I just took my big lab mix in and they did an amazing job. They are also very nice and will give you tips while self washing. I appreciated that.

Omg we absolutely love this place! My frenchie always comes home smelling so clean never any issues. The staff is also so nice and friendly I don't think you'll go anywhere else.
