“Pretty long review so sorry in advance.

I usually look at reviews before going places but my soldier swore by it so I blindly went. When I first walked in I got “cheap hotel” vibes. There was nobody at the front desk so I assumed it was a small 1-3 worker type of place. I sat and maybe about 3-5 mins later a lady walked out, asked if I had an appointment I said no, she said ok and had me fill out a paper (like a questionnaire) said it would be about a 5-10 minute wait, she was sweet and welcoming throughout this interaction. About 5 minutes later another lady opens the door and tells me to follow her. I get up and walk towards her, hand her the paper, she asked if 1hr massage, I wanted the head to tow special but I responded yes so that was on me. She takes me to the “room” gives me the instructions I acknowledge and she walks out, up to now every is going ok/good. She comes back asked if I was ready and walks in after I said yes. She immediately gets to work, she struggles to get my hair tie off (understandable so, I have curly hair & did messy bun type) so I remove it myself and she continues. The massage was nothing short of amazing, from the technique to the pressure, I was contemplating on adding another 30 minutes 😅.

Now for the part I disliked, the other customers don’t know how to be respectful of other customers and don’t try to whisper (yes I know this is not the establishments fault completely) so I personally feel as the establishment should asked all questions, concerns and ensure they are aware what the customer is there for and give the instructions before walking them to the back room. The gentleman in the room next to me did not know how to whisper and they thought he was there for a full body massage but he was there for a facial. So they spent a while trying to figure the situation out which quite frankly ruined the vibe a bit because now I’m listening to their whole conversation, they’re even discussing prices while other customers are there to relax.

One more thing I was disappointed on but I think this was my fault, due to not having a chance to actually explain what I wanted and just saying yes 🤦🏽‍♀ my feet weren’t massaged which is really why I went. I did write it on the paper but I guess foot massage doesn’t come with the 1hr so it’s ok.

Overall my experience was very pleasant, both personnel I spoke with were super friendly and sweet so I’ll be coming back and hopefully get Anna again.“
