I’ve been to many spas around the country because I travel often, but as an El Paso local, I can honestly say Desert Spirit Spa is on a whole other level! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Erica, who was so enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely happy to see me. She made me feel immediately welcomed — and can we talk about how amazing this place smells? (Yes, I’m saying it twice because it’s that good!)

The walk to the locker room was beautiful, and the robes were luxurious. I had my massage with Roxanne, who was incredibly talented and communicative. She listened to what I needed and focused on exactly where I was in pain — from my neck down to my left shoulder. I left feeling completely renewed.

This spa is spotless, serene, and truly five-star in every way. I couldn’t stop talking about it afterward — I told my family and friends all about the experience. I didn’t get the chance to meet the manager, but her team speaks volumes about her leadership and dedication. I hope to meet her next time I visit, which will definitely be next month!

“My husband booked me a 60-minute massage with Ana, and it was my first time visiting this spa and wow, from beginning to end it was absolutely amazing.

I’ve had bad experiences at other places (including Woodhouse Spa), so I was a little nervous trying somewhere new. But this place exceeded every expectation. The boutique is clean, beautiful, and so thoughtfully set up. They literally have everything you might need like hair bands, hair products, feminine products, and more. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ comfort.

The relaxation station was such a nice touch snacks, beverages, and super comfortable lounge chairs that made it easy to unwind before and after the massage. And the sauna being included?! Incredible. It made the whole experience feel elevated and luxurious.

Ana was phenomenal. She treated me with so much respect and kindness, and she found every sore spot in my shoulders without me even having to explain much. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly taken care of.

“I have been suffering from sciatica for almost 2 months on and off. I decided to go in for a massage after finding this place on Google. The name caught my attention and after reading all the great reviews decided to book an appointment. Well, after just one session, my pain has gone down significantly. It was a 4 when I went and now it's like a 1-2! Sarena is great at her profession and I will definitely be going back for another massage.

*UPDATE: I was gifted another massage and I decided to go 2 weeks after my first massage. Well, let me tell you, my pain has centralized! I still feel discomfort when I sit down, but it's not the pain I was feeling before that even with physical therapy wasn't going down much.
