“The doctors of Crossroads Animal Hospital are first rate. They’ve care for each of my Golden Retrievers. They found early and removed several tumors before one GR was lost to a post surgery infection that my dog opened and contaminated the surgical site after he came home. My new GR has been under the hospital’s care since she was a puppy and is going strong. Great doctors, vet techs, and office staff. First rate facilities. If you have medical emergency with your pet, call them as you’re coming in with your friend and they will be prepared and ready to save your buddy if it’s at all possible.“

“I brought my sweet pit bull here when I found out my regular vet doesn’t do exams on Saturdays. They were a great a help and I did have Zarges do the required surgical procedure that my dog needed. Overall great service and kind staff. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the surgery was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be.“

“Dr. Bailey saved our boxer's life when she ate a rock and intestinal ischemia (death) had started. She is amazing at correctly diagnosing and treating as our boxer later tore her acl and Dr. Bailey accurately and quickly diagnosed her for that as well.She takes her time, goes the extra step, explains everything in detail, and has a very delightful disposition. Our Lilly loves her! The Northeast Vetinary Clinic has amazing staff and has never disappointed us. The waits can be long, 2-3 hours for the entire visit including payment but they prioritize emergencies and in my experience most good human doctor's take about the same amount of time as well as having a steady amount of patients. Appointments help. All of the extra diagnostic tests do add up but they will tell which ones are absolutely needed if you are on a limited budget and are very through. The waiting room is a bit confined but it is always very clean as well as the exam rooms. The vetinary assistants are very helpful and compassionate and seem to enjoy their jobs. When had difficulty in coming up with the money for Lilly's surgery they suggested Care Credit which really came in handy. It would be nice if they had some kind of payment system though.“
“Dr.Hibbs is a good listener, open-minded and extremely knowledgeable. It was great taking my dogs to her for their routine exams, etc. She is very compassionate and cares for her patients. I highly recommend her!“

“As they’re so organized, polite and thoughtful, you can tell this clinic has higher standards that others the moment you first interact w the staff.The interaction with the surgeon just buoys the positive feelings towards the clinic even more!My dog had surgery on his hip and I am super happy with the resultsHis other hip was done elsewhere and while their work was ok, the quality of the procedure here is 100 percent betterThe clinic uses the newest surgical procedures and the recovery time for my dog was 95 percent shorter than his recovery time for the same procedure at the other clinic.While other variables (the other clinic did the first surgery leaving him still w one bad hip), I am certain the vast majority of the variance is due to the better quality of work done at Sun City“

“Dr Martinez was the vet for my sister’s cats, so I decided to try her with my dogs. My previous vet was also wonderful but got too big and busy for me. Holy Family is a more intimate office and extremely friendly, caring and thorough. Dr Martinez is knowledgeable, current on treatment options and obviously, most importantly, kind and loving with animals. We cried together when I chose to end my sister’s cat’s suffering. I’m very happy with Holy Family Pet Care.“
