Talk about walking into a place expecting one thing, then walking out with so much more.From the start Gabriel was very polite and welcoming. He is also very respectful of you and your space.As soon as you walk in, the space is tranquil and inviting. It's a space I would like to sit in everyday and feel peace.His approach to the massage is much more than just applying pressure to the body and working out tension areas. He brings a much more intimate approach. I went here today for a lymphatic drainage massage. I am currently 12 days post op tummy tuck and lipo to whole trunk. I was a little bit scared because I have heard that these messages are painful. Those stories were so wrong. Not one time did I feel any pain during my massage. Gabriel talked the whole way through the massage reminding me to breathe into the area he was working on. It wasn't just a massage, it was spiritual. Gabriel helped explain everything he was doing and put my mind at ease with some areas I was worried about. A few weeks ago, I moved back to El Paso and my body was aching from my most recent adventure so I scheduled my first ever appt. with Gabe at Desert Sol. He was amazing from the beginning! His space feels like a home which is very comforting, he’s communicative and truly listens to your needs. The massage itself felt like a journey of its own! Gabe is not your traditional masseur. His work doesn’t feel like someone is digging their knuckles in your back, it’s way more diverse than that and he incorporates things that I’ve never felt before. It was truly amazing and I really did feel better afterwards. Pro Tip: intentionally breathe to release the stuck energy.
