I had a very disappointing situation happen after i bought 24 inch extensions at Wig Paradise. They completely mismatched my hair to the extensions after i told her i didn’t want to color my hair anymore, and i was looking for extensions my color. She told me i could come in an exchange the color if it didn’t match my hair. Of course, it didn’t. And, of course they didn’t want to exchange them. Because they were taken out of the package. Today I had a consultation appointment with Erika for my next hair appointment in 3 weeks! First time meeting her in person!Erika has a great personality and is very professional..I ask her spontaneously if she would had time to give me a facial!Her answer was yes!Best facial I received in a long time, if anyone is in need of a facial, please look her up!!She is amazing!

Erika was super, super nice and friendly! She makes sure to ask you questions while doing your hair to make sure you getting what you are wanting. She is knowledgeable, quick and precise! I will definitely be back. :)
