We are very happy with our new Palo Verde Home! The customer service is excellent! (Kudos for Cecy!) The quality of the materials and construction is great. All the cosmetic details that needed to be fixed were taken care of right away in a professional manner by all the contractors and PVH Warranty Team. The design of the house is really nice and met our expectations. We would definitely buy again from PVH. 100% recommended.
Over all great experience the best part was the communication between everyone. They updated us as needed and all work was done in n time or before never late. JD was of great help willing to explain everything and doing all the work to make the home as perfect as possible.
We experienced a few issues with our home, but the warranty department handled everything exceptionally well. Their service and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Gerardo took the time to listen carefully to all our concerns and proactively inspected every detail without needing to be asked. The team was professional, extremely clean, and took extra measures to prevent any future problems. The quality of their work, along with the care and dedication they demonstrate, goes far beyond what we ever anticipated from a builder.
