Epiphany Dermotology is the best! The staff are all professional while also being friendly and welcoming. Once I sign in there is a minimal wait time before I’m called back to see the provider. The PA is personable and listens to my comments as well as asking pertinent questions pertaining to my health needs. I always recommend Epiphany when asked about a Dermotology recommendation!! I am very glad that my health needs are cared for by such a professional and caring staff!
Alexa is a great PA, checked everything and asked alot of questions, 5 thumbs up! Biggest challenge was my referral, and that it took longer than expected to get verification. This is on the staff, and recommended that they come up with a better process to ensure my appointment was approved!
As always, NP Elvis was very thorough and professional and personable. I am glad to have him as my provider. The Tech was also great. Unfortunately, I forgot the tech’s name.
