My son and I were locked out of our apartment and I then called and got a hold of Miss Laura maybe 45 minutes before their closing time at 5 she was so gracious and found the time to squeeze us in as busy as I know she likely was and did express but not in a rude way at all! She quickly and efficiently opened our front door all the while maintaining conversation with my son and myself I was in awe of her! I wouldn’t go to anyone else but them for help especially miss Laura it was such a pleasure talking to her.

Hassle Free has been my go to for 35 yrs. My truck was running w almost no fuel when I locked my keys in it, Laura showed up in 45 min and had my truck open in 5.3 seconds. NEVER A HASSLE WHEN WE USE HASSLE FREETHANK YOU FOR QUALITY SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS

I called them and within 45 minutes they were to my location and unlocked my car with a fantastic attitude and a good sense of humor. They were able to unlock my car in less than a minute with no damage whatsoever. I highly recommend this company especially if you live on Fort Bliss.
