Fantastic rug cleaning!! I bought a sweet old wool rug at an estate sale but it was in tough shape- had a spill that was so stiff I couldn’t roll it up, also someone’s pet (s) had peed on it. These folks were able to clean my delicate rug and get it back to perfect condition! I’m grateful for the TLC for the rug. Communication was super, they were able to pick up and drop off the rug, friendly staff. I highly recommend!

FiberCare is such a reliable, professional and personal service. Emilio and Guiermo have gone above and beyond from the beginning, and Henry follows suit. Henry did an excellent cleaning today. So much so that I have made an appointment for the remainder of the house. He is humble and capable, accommodating and aims to please. I know he cares about his work and his customers and he is very good at what he does! Thank you, Henry and FiberCare for the service you give from the heart!

Best carpet cleaning service in El Paso to trust! They offer the best prices and packages as well as providing an awesome UV light service for pet damage on carpets. They do area rugs as well and most importantly have the best customer service as well as time slots for appointments. I will keep using this company and do recommend them for all cleaning and carpet needs.
