The gentleman came and were very courteous. They explained everything and went straight to work. They did an awesome job and will calling in a few weeks to get the grout and tile cleaned as well.
This is our second time using Stanley Steemer and our second time getting service by Enrique. Enrique was very professional and informative on how to keep our HVAC and tiles/carpet clean. He was very polite and most of all, made my wife feel like we made the best decision for our rental and our home. We will definitely use Stanley Steamer and ask for Enrique to be our tech again.
Enrique and Mathew were very helpful. Especially, Enrique he was very knowledgeable regarding the cleaning of ducts and other ductwork information. Thank you Enrique and Mathew for a terrific job.
