“When I first arrived, I only wanted a basic pedicure. However, she suggested a service package costing between $79 . Assuring me that it was all-inclusive. I was extremely disappointed; she brought out some product and quoted an extra $7. This contradicted the initial plan, and I felt the price was far too high compared to what she had originally told me. She trimmed my nails so quickly that it felt as if she hadn't cut them at all !“
