We are in love with D’Lux Dog Daycare!! Our fur baby loves it, she plays all day. We appreciate the peace of mind D’Lux provides by allowing us to check on our fur-baby using their live feed cameras. The staff is just wonderful and super sweet. As pet parents we were impressed by the fact ones pup must pass an evaluation. To us, this is an amazing important step. I know that the pups at daycare are social and do well with other dogs. This is one less concern we have. Out of our 3 fur babies only 2 pass the evaluation. It’s a bummer but it’s ok. It’s perfectly fine because I know that D’Lux will not take in a dog for daycare just to make a buck. This shows us safety is their top priority & we just love that.
Ryder loves this place so much! He will drag us to the door when he sees we are dropping him off! 10/10!
We had the best experience with D’lux! They sent us pictures and updates every morning. When our dogs had trouble eating, they let us know and we troubleshooted ideas to get them to eat. I really appreciated that. Our dogs had so much fun for the 9 nights they spent there. I love that they had cameras so we could watch! We also had them get groomed the last day. We asked for short, sent some pics of previous haircuts, and they delivered! Zoey’s was a bit choppy but still looked really good! Highly recommend! You can tell they really care about the animals and parents! 5 stars!!
