Jacy is very nice and sociable, does a good job compared to that Bibi lady, which happens to be the owner of the place, bummer! On the bright side, the elderly gentleman at the counter is also very nice and greets you with respect. Señora Bibi needs to lighten up a little and show customers some appreciation for their business. This lady can sure have an attitude and make you feel uncomfortable at times.
