“Westend Hair Company, and specifically Monica, rescued my hair and continued to provide amazing service for years. I've since moved away, but a recent less-than-positive experience prompted me to leave a review here.

After a botched job at another salon about 6 years ago, I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Monica (although I didn't know how fortunate at the time!). She introduced me to Aveda and we did weekly treatments until my hair had nearly regained its previous health.

Over the following years, Monica guided me through different hair colors/levels and lengths. I learned about her sons and dogs, and she somehow remembered details about myself that I had shared, even though my appointments eventually became ~6 months apart. Additionally, she learned (without me telling her) that I liked to spend a lot of my appointment time just enjoying the service -- I don't need or want to be talked to when my goal is to relax. I always left the salon feeling 100x better than when I entered.

The last thing I'll mention is the professionalism. This salon (and Monica, who is the/an owner) runs a tight ship. The level of service and care are impeccable. From the front desk to the procedures for clients to the Aveda rituals, everything was organized and made me feel comfortable. Had I not moved away from EP, I would be visiting this business for the rest of my life.“

“I was able to book a massage & facial very last minute ans so glad they were able to take me! The massage with Ali was relaxing. The facial with Ruth was next level. She's very friendly and very comforting. Her space was so comfortable and the music was soothing. She was able to get a big extraction taken care of which is a relief. All the skin treatments were refreshing. I liked that she did my neck as well. I added on the hand treatment which was a collagen treatment (i think), hand mask, and warm compress and my hands feel very smooth. I loved it, its in a great location, plenty of parking. I will be going back, I already booked my next appointment.“
