“Highly recommended Over night 11pm my AC unit gave out just as El Paso heat is reaching the 3 digits Had to go into work Friday and received a recommendation to call Diaz Services Called them, and the lady on the line say they could have a tech at my location in 20 minutes. I said yes I’m on my way. Techs got there asked questions about my HVAC unit and mentioned 2 parts that could have gave out. As they checked sure enough they were correct, replaced it right there and then. And problem solved. Amen ? it was just a part. Techs Gerardo and Jesus were amazing, respectful, explained everything step by step showed me the damaged part and new equipment. Keeps communication open.“

“Roger and his team did an excellent repair of a small roof leak caused by an incorrect HVAC installation. He was easy to work plus giving us honest reasons as to why his repair may not work. After several hard rains this summer, his repair worked very well with no leaks. When asked about a full roof replacement, his answer was an honest NO - not yet. Roger said the roof showed normal wear after 10-15 years, but a total roof replacement was not necessary at this time. The roof tiles were still in good condition. I will definitely call Roger Romero Roofing when we need a total roof replacement. His price was very reasonable and was told to us before work began. Our homeowners insurance company recommended Roger Romero Roofing to us because of his honesty and hard work.“
