Best chiropractor in El Paso. Dr Sara listens to her patients, carefully evaluates their issues and provides excellent care. She takes the time to educate patients and follow ups on their progress. She has treated me for 20 years and has cured some very painful injuries. Thank you, Dr Sara Guido!

I’m extremely happy and grateful we found Dr. Guido to help us with our chiropractic needs. She and her entire staff made my daughter and I feel genuinely welcomed from the first initial visit. I feel blessed because quite honestly nowadays it’s hard to find a doctor who makes you feel important to them. The staff makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming while still being professional. It’s all genuine and I strongly/highly recommend!!!
