I'll be honest - I'm picky about vendors. Tax season is brutal enough without IT headaches. But Garett his team has been rock solid for us going on 11 years. Their response time is fast, especially during March/April when we're slammed(and everything is an emergency!) What I appreciate most is they get the security side of things - we deal with sensitive financial data and they've helped us stay compliant without making it complicated. The deal with our vendors as well(Quickbooks, etc..)Garett with George, Max and the rest of his team are friendly, explains things in plain English, and I never feel like I'm being upsold. Fair pricing for great service. Highly reccomend.
The carousel itself is amazing! What would make it more enchanting would be choosing carousel music to play and creating an atmosphere of wonder and awe, versus Chuck E Cheese type hype. Such a treasure we have here in Franklin!

Jaclyn was amazing and the staff was all around very sweet. First time in, I wanted to go darker and did my own hair with developer and color and such but didn’t love how it turned out with a red hue in the sunlight. Went in not knowing what I really needed and Jaclyn fixed it up and was so friendly and just truly you could tell she loves what she does. The vibe was chill and the building was gorgeous. The shop was very clean, we were greeted immediately by staff and didn’t have to wait long. Chase was very kind and super knowledgeable! After chatting and showing some reference photos he cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely come back!

I have severe anxiety and often avoid hair salons because they tend to be large, open spaces that are loud and make me feel anxious. I’m so glad I discovered this place; it’s a huge relief for me.

He helped me narrow down a color and nail shape- I was so indecisive. I wanted the shortest almond possible and a soft sheer classy pink. He gave me the classiest dip set I’ve ever had. They look so much like my real nails! I’m very happy with this experience. Super cute salon too. Will be back.

I got my nails done last week and it was a great service. One of the nails with dip cracked and Mr. Nguyen fixed it right away and even reapplied the top coats on all my nails again.

First of all, Gianna is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and honestly I feel like I am going for a quick catch up with a friend. Now, does it hurt? I mean of course it does - but it is a walk in the park compared to another place I got sugared at, which was absolutely awful. I will never go anywhere else. Had an incredibly relaxing time at True Rest this past week. The owner was very kind to my sister and me, offering the most comfortable accommodations. We both did the float spa with the oxygen after, and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My brother tried the float spa the next day, and he received the same level of considerate care. My girlfriend’s car wouldn’t start. Her key was all kinds of messed up. We called Johnson’s and within a few hours he was there working on her a new key. He had to copy the key, cut the new key, and program the key fob. He was “so” friendly. He then gave me a great price on a 2nd key so she would have a spare. He built her 2 brand new keys and programmed them in about 30mins. I would say this was as good of an experience as you could ask for. A+ customer service. I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone needing work from a locksmith.
Kevin was extremely efficient, on-time and more than competitively priced. The Toyota dealership required us to tow our ‘06 Tacoma to them and the charge for a key fab was around $575. Kevin came out to us and was about 1/5 the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Borntrager was incredible! Got quotes from three different contractors. Borntrager's quote was in the middle, their timeline was reasonable, and their quote was very detailed. We trusted that they had considered nearly everything from the start. Another huge plus was consistent communication. We were never in the dark about when next steps would take place. As long as we held up our end of the deal to make decisions on time, they got their work done on time. They work with us on minor changes during the build process. We love our new addition and are so happy that we chose them.
Excellent customer service & fantastic work. We were using a different radon company & they could not get our radon numbers below 4 after several attempts. Franklin Environmental Services had us below .8 on the very first try. I would definitely recommend them & we will be using their services again in the future.
Dylan and the Tennessee Custom Pools team did a great job on our back yard patio! They listened to our design ideas and helped us come up with improvements to the design all while keeping our budget in mind. The project got started quickly and stayed on track as promised. We asked for a change about halfway through and Dylan made it happen! They even came back months after at no charge to change out the grout between tiles because we weren't happy with that one detail! We absolutely love the final product and will use Tennessee Custom Pools again for future projects!

We have hired Hastings / Josh for three different projects - from a small bathroom reno to a huge basically complete home build and will hire him again if we need to! Josh cares deeply about making sure his clients get what they want and in their budget while trying to ensure the work is done RIGHT and well. He’s involved in building science groups and built our house in a way that has made it SO efficient with utility bills, etc. He is also one of the only contractors I know / have heard of who will come back to fix anything that pops up down the road even months after a project is complete. Also he never swayed from his bid / upcharged me mid project - which is refreshing for contractors. Could not recommend more.
I had to wait a few weeks to get my two AC condensers cleaned but I should have done it in the spring. I waited because trees and limbs were going to be cut. 1 lb of Freon was needed for the main floor. The next day the AC was worse and the units were running all the time. I asked for someone to come out and recheck the units. Josh came out the next morning. He said because of the heat it was normal for the thermostat to be a few degrees higher. I showed him pictures of how high both thermostats got in the afternoon until late night
He said he cooled down the condenser with his water hose and adjusted the Freon (did not add any more). I do not know what adjusted means. Today at 3 pm the main floor is 74 which is what I have set it on, and it feels cooler than before the weather got hot, even in my hottest room on the other side of the house from the unit it is cool. Upstairs I have it set to 72 which was nice during the night but thermostat in hall says 76 now. There are no vents in my halls and I do believe the rooms are comfortable now. Josh did not charge me again. Thank you Josh!

If you’re looking for a landscaper over delivers by showing up ahead of schedule, sticking to their quotes, and planting healthy trees, pick Green Scene. I had 4 8’ Nellie Stevens Hollies planted by Jose’s team. They came a week early, finished in less than 2 days (they had to dig out 3 stumps from previous large Hollies that had died), and the finished product was beautiful. It’s been a month and I already have 4” of new growth. Very very pleased and a nice surprise after dealing with so many poorly run companies.

This is the 2nd time we've called on Zechariah & Franklin Tree to do tree work on our property. We had dangerous snags & a couple of trees that had to be removed due to the ice storm. They once again did a great job. They don't just hack at your trees with chainsaws. They plan their cuts & respect your property. First time I've seen a remote operated tracked man lift. It allowed their crew to safely take down a tree in very tight spot without damaging healthy trees. They are professionals.
The team with Monster tree was very efficient, courteous and respectful. They worked with us closely on the trees that needed to come down. We are going to schedule them again because we were so impressed.

This office takes special care to give a personal dental experience. They check gums in addition to cleaning your teeth. This is the first dentist that has ever done that on my teeth. You leave feeling like you have you were really taken care of.
Follow up on my implant and extraction options following a year of Orthodontist work to get my teeth aligned. Calming environment, friendly and professional staff, made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Batra is very personable and is a straight shooter without being rude. He was thurogh and I will be back for phase two very soon.

I go to Animalia for acupuncture and laser for my Peke, Tehya. They are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Leahey and Claire are so kind to Tehya - they really made an effort to get to know her and how she likes to be treated. The acupuncture makes such a positive impact on Tehya’s quality of life - we could not be more grateful. The only downside is that they are (understandably!) booked to capacity, so it can be difficult to get an appointment. Since they only do acupuncture on Thursdays, it’s not always easy to get Tehya in. I would love it if more days opened up so Tehya could get treated more regularly. But the care and compassion we receive is truly amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough.

They fit us in quickly and connected with his vet at home, provided a thorough exam, and took plenty of time to talk through his symptoms and care options. If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to vet.

I'm not sure how I'm writing this today but that goes to show how meaningful and moving our experience at this vet was yesterday when we had to put our french bulldog Oliver down.
We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Mitch since we moved here 5 yrs ago. Oliver was mostly there because he developed IVDD when he was 5 soon after we moved here. IVDD is a genetic spinal disorder common in this breed. A month after bringing our dogs here for vaxs, Oliver had a flare up overnight and we had to rush him to the emergency vet in CS. He could barely walk. Their response was either a $10K surgery or put him down. We were devasted but my gut told me to wait for Dr. Mitch in the morning and do some research. Well we did and thank god we did.
Dr, Mitch saw him first thing and and did acupuncture on him as well as prescribed us some meds and also chinese herbs for dogs. He was realistic and matter of fact but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He said there was a chance it wouldn't get better but a bigger chance that it would. We would likely have to deal with this on and off because its genetic but it could improve...and in 2 days it did! Dr. Mitch gave us an extra 3 yrs with Oliver. Was he back to perfect? No, but we knew what we had to do and eventually knew it would take him but boy did he live well those 3 yrs.
Fast forward to a few days ago...Oliver had the worst flare up yet. None of his limbs were working properly. He couldn't walk, eat or go potty. We brought him to see Dr. Mitch (who Oliver didn't really like lol and he'd try to bite him) and we did more acupuncture and meds. We brought him home and this time it didn't work. Dr. Mitch was honest and said if he didn't improve we'd have some choices to make. He didn't push an expensive surgery that was a 50/50 shot, or push us to do anything he was just good at treating animals.
We ended up bringing Oliver in to put him to rest. It was one of the worst days of our lives. It seems dramatic, but he had been there while all of our kids grew, during good times and bad and even when we brought him a new friend home...a wiener dog who he loved. All of our 4 kids were there with us and Oliver but Dr. Mitch wasn't in that day. Dr. Cason was and what a blessing that was. Believe it or not, I had never met Dr. Cason before but he did something our family will cherish the rest of our lives. Dr. Cason saw our despair but explained what the process was. His staff was genuinely sad for us and very helpful. He then asked if he could pray for us and Oliver. It was so kind and thoughtful and eased the experience and also cemented why I'll never go to another vet and why we moved to TN. That 1 act alone changed everything. Thank you Dr. Mitch for trying all the things, thank you staff, and thank you to Dr, Cason who was such a huge blessing for our family during such a difficult time.

Our beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. She was also patient but firm when she informed him that the towels would not in fact be toys. She said he behaved well, which was such a relief, and he came out looking gorgeous! Bennie fresh after Heidi's groom is the background on my phone. <3
Four Paws takes great care of our miniature Schnauzer. He's an old guy now, blind & diabetic. They do an excellent job grooming him & they're always very patient and kind to him.

My masseuse, Tiffany was FANTASTIC. I swore I wasn’t going to go to sleep- but I caught myself snoring! I had about 18 mos of built up tension in my neck and shoulders, and she got rid of it, plus massaged the rest of my body. I can’t say enough great things about her technique, the immediate feeling of ease she puts a person at, and her kindness and professionalism. Ten out of ten would recommend.

I have a lot of shoulder pain and always ask for very deep pressure. They works incredibly hard every time, and they still charge the regular price. I started my journey with Franklin Accupuncture in September 2023. I had been through several tests and had seen many traditional doctors. My son recently completed a one-hour driving evaluation with CJ, and we had a very pleasant experience. CJ is extremely knowledgeable and provided practical, valuable advice that was easy to understand and apply. I can’t recommend Brentwood Driving School enough. It’s worth the investment and my daughter who got her license today said she is thankful we had her take the class. From the beginning they were thorough with what to expect and they offer. Having someone else teach the exact rules of the road (let’s be honest us 30+ years of driving have taught us some bad habits and we have forgot some rules) and take her for her driving test - no waiting on the DMV was worth it’s weight it gold! I highly recommend!!!
