Over the last two years I have worked to lose 75 pounds, but in doing so, I lost a lot of muscle mass especially in my upper body. I was looking for a place that a 58-year-old man would feel comfortable and would receive the support and accountability needed to succeed in building back the lost muscle. I found that at Odyssey Fitness. The small groups and instructors are great. In just over three months I’ve regained noticeable muscle mass, my clothes fit better, and I’ve even continued to lose unwanted pounds.
Such wonderful people and incredibly great at there job . Our shop AC went out and they saved the day and were so helpful . Kam and his crew were a pleasure to be around and did a incredible job

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Winter. I’ve always been nervous about chiropractic adjustments and the idea of putting my spine in someone’s hands, but he completely changed that for me. He takes the time to explain everything, moves at a pace that feels comfortable, and has built a level of trust that means a lot.
He also treats my kids, which says everything about how much confidence I have in him. He’s incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive with them.

This place is amazing. My boys have played every sport but this is the only one where they always leave feeling more confident than they did walking in. My three year old just started as well and he loves it. The instructors are so personable and really provide a great environment for all the kids. I wish I would have signed them up sooner. Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Kelly for a while now, and she’s truly one of those rare finds. Her color work is next-level. My blonde hair is vibrant, dimensional, and somehow still looks great even weeks later as it grows out.
What I especially appreciate is how she prioritizes the health of your hair. Even after lightening or changing things up, my hair always feels strong and healthy — not fried or overly processed.
Another thing that sets Kelly: She takes the time to walk you through how to blow dry and style at home, in a way that’s actually doable. I’ve picked up little tricks from her that have totally changed how I manage my hair between visits.

First, This is an absolutely stunning studio! Second, the owner, Codi and other instructor, Belle are incredibly kind and amazing teachers. I was so nervous about going back to Pilates after a long break. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable from the first time I walked inside! I wasn’t nervous during class. Josh saved the day! We were having issues with our A/C unit and had originally called a different A/C service company. After the other company spent an hour inspecting our unit, they determined we needed a repair to the tune of $2500. We didn't have a good feeling about the cost or the way the repair was communicated (lots of technical words and acting as if our Lennox unit was not what most people had in the South ??) We called Comfort Engineered Systems and Josh was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a clogged water line. Total cost was a fraction of what the other guy stated. Josh was professional, never once attempted to upsell and went out of his way to explain the issue in layman's terms. We are customers for life! The best customer service I have ever received at a dry cleaners. I have been using them since I moved to Nolensville. The work they do is great, always meet the committed return date, and many times will actually walk your clothes out to your car for you. I mean what more could you ask for? And, somehow they even remember your name. 100% recommend this business.
My son started here at four years old as a shy kid without a lot of confidence. At 16 he is a second degree student instructor. Mr. & Mrs. Mast are the perfect duo for the kids building skill, confidence, character and accountability. I cannot recommend enough, one of my very best parenting choices!!!!!

The whole team is AMAZING! Everyone treats you like family, and I am not even talking about how they care for my fur babies! Each person at Mill Creek Vet was Awesome - From the first phone call to the follow up after! Each person was kind, empathetic and respectful to me and my pets with genuine concern. What I appreciated most was the care I received for me as a person who was worried about my sick cat. I know they will care for my pets, but the human compassion and decency made me feel safe and validated as a concerned pet owner. This allowed me to be emotionally stable for my sick kitty! Wanted to send sympathy flowers to some friends in the area. I also wanted to support a local shop if possible. I came across reema and saw an arrangement i liked online and placed an order for next day delivery. I will say the arrangement was beautiful and like it was pictured on the website. The florals were fresh. The family loved them. I would purchase from Reema again!
The only thing I would change would be the notifications. I thought I had signed up for delivery notifications, but didn’t receive anything until late that night. It would have been nice to know when my order was “out for delivery” and “delivered”.

I boarded my 3 dogs over night there. The location is convenient and not on a main road. Of course, they were excited when I picked them up. They seemed to have had a good time because they were certainly tired from playing.
