I have a STC membership mainly for the wellness options. I find this location to be busy, but well-organized. I wish they would get an infrared aquapod here. I have to go all the way to Brentwood for that option. Otherwise quite satisfied with this location.
Had a very positive experience at Sun Tan City, was helped by Emma and she was very kind and guided me through the whole process. Her customer service was impeccable and I would definitely come back again
Been tanning here for 3 years - I'll still continue to go because there are no other options - but they still have not been able to grant me online checkin access because the tech system is messed up. And online checkins get priority over an actual human checking-in in-person.
That is the stupidest rule considering the tech team can't even get the online system up and running for all patrons.
I have had to wait over 45min multiple times only because of online checkins.
The staff is nice and well trained - I realize they are just following corporate protocol.
***I'll update my review if the tech team ever fixes my ability to use the app.
