“These folks are incredible! With temps around 10 on 1/15/24 our heat went out at 4:30 AM. I left a VM for service. At 7:30 they were in with 4+ inches of snow on the ground and more coming down. By 8 AM they were working on our unit. Control board found bad. They located new replacement board in Nashville, sent someone for it and had it back in Franklin by 10:30 AM. By 11 AM, three hours after they diagnosed the problem, we had our heat working! Incredible service and customer support! Many Thanks to Barry and his team!“
