Jim is a life changer with his A.R.T. Have been to almost 7 therapist in the Nashville area, and he by far has been the most effective compared to the rest. I felt completely different within just one session!! He is extremely open and nice to anyone and everyone who comes in! Would highly recommend anyone from an average person to a seasoned athlete! Will be going again as much as possible!!

Jim is just the best! I have gone to him for about a year, and he has made a difference! I've seen chiropractors and physical therapists for my lower back and shoulder pain, and Jim's technique and protocol have made the biggest difference. I appreciate his sincere concern about my well being, and he is excellent, not just because he's very good at what he does, but because he has a servant's heart. I appreciate him and highly recommend him.

Jim DeRusha is by far the best massage therapist I know. He is certified in Active Release Therapy and has the best understanding of how bodies work ever!! I am a "special needs" person with multiple challenges and his respect for my differences, attention to my responses throughout the hour I am there? Best ever. What a gem! Great value.
