Reposting from Friday’s first time cryo session. A great friend told me after telling her about my experience, “when people tell you about you and don't know you, that is God”. Today was my first time trying out cryotherapy. The two office suites are fantastic, and the vibe is calming. I'm so glad I was able to try it out. The session was so good that I signed up for the Elite VIP membership!!! I've tried medication, chiropractors, reflexology massage parlors in the area with minimal relief. I usually don't like to be a part of memberships or subscriptions, but after today, I reconsidered it. Jeremy is an absolute true healer! Something about his aura makes you feel safe and well taken care of. I appreciated how he connected with conversing and navigating certain painful spots in my body. As a nurse and Army veteran, I've endured many trials and bottled up a lot, which isn't good. Jeremy guided me through it by letting that negative energy go. Throughout the years, I've been told that I am a hard person to read so that someone can gauge my character. Jeremy has been one of the few people who pierced my shell; he kept it real and saw me for me. It's more than a cryotherapy session, in my opinion. I'm still in shock over my mid-thoracic pain, not being so angry. I mentioned to Jeremy that I felt like I was in a singing bowl waking up my chakras. Another impressive experience is the education I received throughout the session, from the tools used to reviewing other services available and discovering sore spots I didn't realize I had. If you haven't tried it yet, you're seriously missing out! Highly recommend it! I can't wait to see where my cryo journey will take me.
