These guys were AMAZING. I spent a month (before calling them) waiting on another locksmith that kept brushing me off and then ghosted me. Cool Springs Lock and Key was exceptional in their customer service. Even when Damian was caught up on another job and had to reschedule with me, he called me right away to talk through a different time to come. I so appreciated their communication and professionalism....and my lock is fixed! Thank you!

Kevin was great. Showed up to program a key fob for a new/used car I had just purchased, and cut the blank key that was embedded inside it. He checked to make sure I had a good battery in the fob, and explained how to use it in the event that the fob battery died on me and not in a position to immediately replace it. I hadn't known that, so that could end up being really good knowledge one day. Would hate to be stranded somewhere unnecessarily due to a dead key fob battery!Was all done in about 10 minutes. Probably the best money I spent this week.
