We are frequent visitors and are proud members. Each time we visit, we love it more and more. The experience is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Kayla and Ethan are welcoming and knowledgeable, creating a truly enjoyable atmosphere. If you're seeking a place to unwind and recharge, True Rest Spa is the perfect destination. Highly recommend for both the first-timers and regulars like us.

My fist float was very relaxing. Kayla was so sweet and explained everything to us. My husband went in one room and I went in another. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The oxygen bar was a nice added touch at the end. Extremely clean and we'll maintained. Even had hair products to use in the bathroom to make yourself presentable before leaving. ?
