Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. The installation itself only took one day and the installers were both careful in their labor and courteous when spoken to! They were in complete control of both their operating tools and our roofing products during the entire installation process! Impressive to say the least!Our rep, Mr. Glen Baucom arrived at our residence early that morning and remained there for much of the day offering to answer any additional new questions I might have during the installation process.After the roof was done and the roofers respectfully exited the job site, Mr. Baucom soon arrived to inspect both finished roof and any possible debris that might have been accidentally left on our property. As I expected there was no debris left of any kind!
