“I have had the best experience with AmeriPro Roofing. They were working on my neighbors roof and I happened to ask a question about getting a single piece of siding/flashing put back on after a horrible storm we had. I had noticed issues with some shingles too, but I knew I couldn’t afford to have that repair done as well🤷🏻‍♂ After he was done with the other house, Adam Filyaw came over, stayed on our roof for over an hour, documenting every shingle that was messed up from the storms. If it wasn’t for him, we would have probably ended up with roof leaks. He took so much time with us, explaining that he could turn in a quote to our insurance, work with them, and I would hardly have to do anything, and the estimate was good for a year, so we could save up for our copay. No pushing or rushing. It was pretty amazing. He worked with our insurance, we got our check, and the price was way less than we expected. It took longer for us to pick out shingles than for them to be delivered and installed 😂😂😂 Not only was Adam great, the actual roofers were great too. They arrived at about 7:30 and were completely finished by 2:00. Not only do we have a new roof, the shingles are a million times nicer. They are thick, beautiful, and different than other houses around us. After they were done, I let Adam know, and I asked if he could make sure there were no nails left where our daughter parks in the yard. He was at our house within an hour with his magnet roller 😳😳 I’ve never experienced such great customer service from anybody that does home repairs.
