Stan was very knowledgeable and skilled. I initially thought our dishwasher needed a new solenoid or control board but Stan determined the problem was simply a detached wire and fixed the problem at a much lower cost than I had initially anticipated.
Dishwasher was not turning on. I called Home Appliance Master on Saturday and they responded to my call quickly, dispatched one of their professionals on Monday to review the need, and he fixed it Wednesday.
Maybe some of you ladies know what it like to not have a working washing machine. Well, that happened to me last week. Many days with a washer full of towels where the water couldn't drain out. Because of my work schedule, I was unable to schedule anyone until my day off. Stan from Home Appliance Master came and knew immediately what the problem was and did the repair efficiently. I was thrilled that I wouldn’t need to replace my 13 year old washer yet. Let him be your go to, ladies. I told him that he will be the guy I reach out to if any of my appliances has a problem.
