I reached out to Franklin Tree Service Experts for their tree removal, tree trimming, arborist services, and emergency tree removal services. Although the services provided were satisfactory, I was mildly dissatisfied with the cost of materials used and the lack of customer service and poor communication. Despite this, I appreciate their promptness and the ability to get the task done. My experience with Franklin Tree Service Experts was short but filled with appreciation and mild comments on customer service. I would recommend them for their services but I will stress on the need for better communication and customer service.

We used Franklin Tree Service Experts for a tree project and were generally satisfied with the results. The crew did an impressive job of delivering premium quality work, however we weren't totally pleased with the cleanliness and tidiness left after they finished up. They could definitely improve their standards in that area, but overall we would recommend the business for anyone looking for tree services in Franklin.

Everyone at Franklin Tree Service Experts was very professional and pleasant to collaborate with. They were quick to respond and even worked hard to have the tree removed as quickly as possible when they learned that we had waited for over six months without a follow-up from other tree removal companies.
