Assorted smaller limbs and debris were strewn through our yards and across our roof. Knock on Wood arrived just when they promised, and had us debris-free within 2 hours. “I reached out to Franklin Tree Service Experts for their tree removal, tree trimming, arborist services, and emergency tree removal services. Although the services provided were satisfactory, I was mildly dissatisfied with the cost of materials used and the lack of customer service and poor communication. Despite this, I appreciate their promptness and the ability to get the task done. My experience with Franklin Tree Service Experts was short but filled with appreciation and mild comments on customer service. I would recommend them for their services but I will stress on the need for better communication and customer service.“
