Excellent customer service & fantastic work. We were using a different radon company & they could not get our radon numbers below 4 after several attempts. Franklin Environmental Services had us below .8 on the very first try. I would definitely recommend them & we will be using their services again in the future.
Radon! Radon! Radon! Keith is your guy! We had to move our radon piping for a home project. Keith was not only a specialist in radon but he was quick and professional at quickly finishing the job. Highly recommend.
I am extremely pleased with Franklin Environmental Services and the job they did. A house inspection turned up a high radon level and mold. Keith, Eamon, and the entire team were very professional from the moment they stepped in the house to provide an estimate until the job was complete. They explained the proposed treatment thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They encapsulated my basement crawlspace and as promised, reduced the radon level to <4 (the level actually came back at <1). Regarding the mold, they explained that there was no visible mold, and it was likely that effervescence on the cinder blocks that was mistaken for mold.
